At The Block we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may miss a scheduled class. To ensure that all students have the opportunity to make up for missed classes, we have established the following policy:

1. Makeup Class Eligibility: Students are allowed to make up missed classes only within the same calendar month. Any missed classes must be made up before the end of that month.

2. Notification Requirement: Students must notify the instructor or studio administration of their absence at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a makeup class.

3. Scheduling Makeup Classes: Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Students should contact [email protected] to arrange makeup classes.

4. No Carryover: Unused makeup classes do not carry over to the following month and will be forfeited.

5. Exceptions: In cases of illness or emergencies, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with the studio management for these situations.
